Compensation & Benefits Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to build and scale global compensation frameworks that attract, retain, and engage top talent across Kpler.
You will define a clear, forward-looking rewards strategy, create a roadmap, and ensure our programs and practices remain competitive, cost-efficient, and compliant.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to design and implement a global Compensation & Benefits strategy in a fast-growing scale-up environment, with high levels of autonomy and decision-making power.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP People of Kpler.
Your mission is to
- Design, implement, and evolve a global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with Kpler’s culture, values, and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and benchmarking frameworks that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonus programs, and incentive design.
- Build and manage bonus and incentive plans, ensuring alignment with performance, retention, and business outcomes.
- Partner with People Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions are consistent, data-driven, and fair.
- Oversee benefits and wellbeing programs across regions, ensuring offerings are cost-effective, competitive, and locally compliant.
- Drive pay transparency and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to global and local regulations.
- Collaborate on job leveling and career frameworks that connect to compensation philosophy and support career development.
- Manage relationships with external compensation and benefits partners to leverage market data and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs through analytics, feedback, and benchmarking.
Role requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally in a tech scale-up, SaaS, or high-growth global environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing global compensation frameworks and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and global compliance considerations.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across People, Finance, and the business.
- High autonomy, adaptability, and a bias for action in fast-changing environments.

- Experience working across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Knowledge of compensation analytics, pay equity, and global mobility practices.
