Your mission

    •  CRM Administrator is tasked with administering, customising, and optimising the CRM ecosystem to support commercial operations.
    • Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the CRM Administrator gathers requirements, implements system enhancements, and provides support to CRM users.
    • Additionally, the role involves responsibilities in data management, reporting, system integration, and project management to drive continuous improvement and maximize the value of the CRM investment.
    • The role demonstrates strong technical expertise in CRM administration, possesses a deep understanding of business processes, and exhibits a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

Key Responsibilities

    • Understand the commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of each team; improve their operation through CRM administration and consultation.
    • Provide system administration support for the CRM, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.
    • Ensure the CRM system is optimized for performance and scalability to meet the organization's evolving needs.
    • Oversee data integrity and quality within the CRM system, including data entry standards, data hygiene practices, and data cleansing activities.
    • Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
    • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
    • Analyse data to provide insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity.
    • Work closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions.
    • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
    • Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components
    • Working with integrated applications such as Conga, Docusign, Boomi etc.
    • Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
    • Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity.

You are or have...

    • 3+ years of CRM Administration experience (preferably Salesforce).
    • Ability to administer and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.).
    • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript
    • Fluency in English, strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

    • Salesforce certifications
    • Competency in some of the following: HTML, XML, SQL, Java,
    • REST and SOAP-based web services
    • Experience working closely with commercial teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system.
