Your future position

    • Japan Team leader is responsible for on the ground tactical sales goals, design and implementation, be ready to adapt those to oneself and the team
    • Manage a growing team in Japan and Korea, coach them and help everyone get the best out of themselves. Create a team environment where everyone feels part of it, share best practices, and help each other.
    • Ensure productivity and the effectiveness of the team , together with Head of Enterprise Sales Japan, monitoring analytics and having the right processes in place so that sales force activities (forecasting, pipeline management, etc.) are as accurate as possible and always up-to-date.
    • Identify key markets, and stay on top of emerging trends and industry factors (competitors, regulations, pricing)
    • Collaborate and work closely with other teams (Marketing, Product Specialists, Customer Success, Product, and more)
    • Ensure the teams are translating client needs into actionable feedback so the Product team can adapt the product roadmap.
    • Cooperate with your Head of Enterprise Sales, Japan and Kpler management to align on the Japan sales strategy.

You are or have…

    • +8 years experience in a sales leadership role and experience mentoring and guiding a team while driving sales with an individual target 
    • Extensive knowledge of the Japanese market, with the ability to navigate its complexities and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management and building high-level partnerships.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, and performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
    • Willingness to travel and represent Kpler at various industry events.
    • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
