The Opportunity:

    • Our Enterprise team are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who enjoys understanding the complexities of privately owned businesses, problem solving and a willingness to think through different perspectives.
    • Help clients implement a variety of improvements to manage their business.
    • Oversee and undertake the preparation of a wide range of financial requirements of varying complexity

Day to Day you will:

    • Build client relationships and attend client meetings to discuss business issues and solutions 
    • Independently analyze and contribute to the resolution of complex accounting and tax issues that result in client satisfaction
    • Have the willingness to undertake business development activities, an ability to identify opportunities and build on internal and external networks
    • Coach, develop and support other team members.

What you'll bring to the team:

    • A CA qualification or equivalent with at least 5 years’ proven experience in a public accountancy firm or corporate financial reporting environment
    • Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships
    • Passionate about being at the spearhead of change and guiding SME’s leaders for success
    • Experienced in development and performance management of team members
    • Enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
