The opportunity
- We are looking for an HR Transformation Lead to implement HR strategy through the delivery of HR systems, optimising operations and driving organisational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services for a range of clients. This key position is ideal for a consulting professional skilled in delivering HR transformational initiatives and identifying new opportunities to expand our existing practice.
Day to day you will:
- Lead HR Transformation Strategy and Initiatives: Collaborate with our clients to deliver HR strategies, creating comprehensive roadmaps that align HR initiatives with our clients’ organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage HRIS Implementation: Implement HR systems (e.g. Workday and Oracle Fusion) from conception, requirements gathering, through configuration, process optimization, service delivery uplift, to UAT, training and adoption.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee project delivery, managing budgets, plans, risks and issues, whilst ensuring high-quality deliverables that leverage best practices and innovative solutions from KPMG’s global network.
- Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse sectors. Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the growth of our HR transformation portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team and contribute to people management responsibilities as a performance manager.
- Strategic Insight: Stay abreast of the latest HR technology trends, providing clients with strategic advice to enhance operational efficiency and transformation outcomes.
What you’ll bring to our team:
- 7–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in HR transformation and HRIS implementation, ideally within a large consulting environment.
- Extensive experience in delivering HR transformation strategy, operational optimisation and change management.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing leading HRIS solutions, especially Oracle Fusion and/or Workday, which is considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to multitask across a broad range of activities and manage complex projects to successful completion.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, and outcome-focused environment.
