Digital Consulting combines technology consulting with deep technical experience across a range of technology, areas and services. Our advisors combine extensive knowledge of data and analytics, cyber security, software development, IT strategy and operating models to provide clients with a service that adds recognised value.
 

The opportunity

    • We are looking for a highly capable and client-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our team in either Auckland or Wellington. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise across the Microsoft Business Applications stack with strong consulting skills to deliver transformative business solutions.

Day to Day You Will:

    • Lead or contribute to the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
    • Work closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and solution demos.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and project managers.
    • Provide strategic advice on CRM and Power Platform capabilities, governance, and adoption.
    • Support project delivery across the full lifecycle—from scoping and design through to implementation and post-go-live support.
    • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and community best practices.

What You'll Bring to the Team

    • 5+ years of experience in delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). and Power Platform.
    • A strong consulting mindset with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage expectations.
    • A passion for solving business problems with technology and driving digital transformation.
    • A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication along with planning, project management, relationship building, networking and influencing skills
    • A positive and flexible attitude and an enthusiasm to embrace new challenges and growth opportunities to gain experience
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
    • A 'can-do' attitude and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion
