The opportunity:

    • In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing and communication activities across multiple channels including content, social media, website, events, e-Marketing and public relations.
    • You’ll get to work across a variety of services with a variety of people – on topics which can include everything from cyber to ESG to fintech to infrastructure and so much more. Through this work you’ll be aiming to enhance KPMG's brand in market and align to our firm's purpose of fuelling New Zealand's prosperity.
    • The Marketing & Communications Manager will report into the Marketing & Communications Lead and will be joining a supportive and social team who are passionate about bringing KPMG’s business-to-business services to life for both our external and internal audiences.

Day-to-day, you will:

    • Plan, develop and implement high-quality, integrated campaigns that support and deliver on divisional objectives, budgets and timeframes
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their markets and clients, to deliver effective campaigns that create impact with the target audience
    • Confidently provide specialised advice and guidance, alongside content creation, to stakeholder groups
    • Work collaboratively with our CRM team to deliver e-Marketing initiatives and campaigns
    • Work collaboratively with our Website Specialist to create and update web content
    • Work collaboratively with our in-house Design team to ensure our output meets or exceeds the brief.

About you:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant Marketing and/or Communications experience, including experience at Manager level
    • A proven background in creating, managing and implementing campaigns utilising a range of marketing tactics and channels
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and the ability to spot a typo
    • Campaign analysis skills 
    • A track record of building collaborative and effective relationships with key stakeholders
    • Ability to work at pace and manage several priorities simultaneously, as well as a willingness to flex,  adapt (and remain calm) as priorities change
    • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” when required (you won’t be alone in this!)
    • Professional Services or B2B marketing/communications experience will absolutely be an advantage.
