The opportunity:
- Our Management Consulting team has exciting opportunities available at a Manager level for a Digital Services / Transformation with a strong focus on process excellence, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, operational excellence, and transformation skill sets.
- In this role, you will bring a clear understanding of digital services implementation, ideally complemented by architectural and product capability, to manage and deliver technology and consulting services. Your expertise will be particularly valued in supporting opportunities within the Infrastructure, Government, and Health (IGH)sectors.
- You will work across a breadth of engagements and collaborate with consultants throughout the Consulting division, leveraging your specialist knowledge to ensure successful outcomes.
Day to day you will:
- Lead and manage large and small IT projects, with a strong emphasis on digital services process, transformation, operational excellence, and TOM design.
- Provide architectural and product insights to ensure robust digital services implementation
- Build and maintain client relationships, supporting both project delivery and business development with a focus on Infrastructure, Government, and Health (IGH) sectors
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including aligning team workload with client budgets and requirements.
- Guide clients through supplier selection, procurement, and contract signature, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
- Develop target operating models, sourcing strategies, implementation plans, and business cases for IT and transformation change programmes.
- Support the development and operationalisation of divisional and service line strategy.
- Utilise strong business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities, write client proposals, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Provide a high level of oversight across multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
- Demonstrate and coach operational excellence and process improvement methodologies.
What you'll bring to our team:
- 5+ years’ experience in Technology Consulting, with a focus on digital services, transformation, and operational/process excellence.
- Proven experience with target operating model (TOM) design, transformation project delivery, and digital services implementation in large-scale environments.
- Ideally, architectural and/or product capability experience to support digital project delivery.
- Current higher-level security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is highly desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, winning business, and developing existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, project management, relationship building, networking, and influencing skills.
- Positive, flexible, and growth-oriented attitude, with a readiness to embrace challenges and new opportunities.
- Ability to engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders, integrate services, and work collaboratively across broader consulting teams.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Can-do' attitude and strong sense of ownership in delivering practical and pragmatic outcomes.
