The Opportunity:
- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant with a background in running innovation lab sessions, design thinking skills, technical and digital knowledge to join our team as the Innovation Hub Manager.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation across our business, by designing and facilitating high-profile innovation and collaboration sessions and events, developing and managing executive level client sponsor relationships, and coaching members of the Innovation Hub team.
Day to day you will:
- In this role, you will have three main goals: to lead stakeholders through a unique experience, driving insight, acceleration, genuine transformation breakthroughs and ultimately, performance; to bring innovation to the core of our business; and to drive the use of digital on engagements by helping people across the firm to deliver client solutions with a digital mindset.
- As the Innovation Hub Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic development of our Innovation Hub. This includes our approach to scoping, design, and delivery, as well as actively promoting the Innovation Hub and increasing its visibility across the organisation.
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to embed innovation services into KPMG divisions, ensuring that our firm stays at the forefront of the latest trends and technologies. With your expertise and leadership, you will help to drive innovation and digital transformation across our business and to our clients, unlocking new opportunities for growth and success.
What you'll bring to our team:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field such as Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar,
- 8+ years of experience in consulting or a similar role.
- Experience in running innovation labs/sessions, designing and delivering virtual, hybrid and face to face client-facing workshops or events,
- Have a digital mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business issues into potential solutions.
