The Opportunity:
- The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for supporting strategic business change and delivering measurable value across a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives. This position is a fixed-term 6 months contract. The role requires critical thinking, analytical rigour, and effective collaboration to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with organisational priorities and translate into tangible outcomes that enhance operational performance and enable sustainable growth.
Day to day you will:
- Expertly analyse and model complex business processes and identify strategic improvements.
- Document requirements using advanced facilitation techniques to align diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical resources (including developers) to translate business needs into technical solutions and proactively identify gaps before they impact delivery.
- Support solution design, testing, training, and adoption aligned with business goals.
- Communicate project progress and expectations clearly across all stakeholder levels.
- Contribute to strategic planning for business cases, impact analysis, and change initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement and advance business analysis methodologies through coaching and leadership.
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-performing teams working autonomously with initiative, precision, and accountability while navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful results.
- Deep understanding of software development and technology implementation where knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, Jira, DevOps, ServiceNow and SQL is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills enabling the building of lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Passionate about driving growth and dedicated to contributing positively to both the organisation and the industry.
