The opportunity:

    • The Application Support Specialist role will be to build, support and maintain the M365 and SharePoint environments and assist the Service Desk and wider business with support.  This person will also act as the technical liaison between the business units and ITS and will work to resolve and coordinate project tasks and support issues.
    • The position holder provides technical knowledge, coaching and support to team members and will participate in day-to-day management of M365 and SharePoint support request/tickets, including reviewing work performed by the team, providing constructive feedback and performance development.
    • This person will act as an escalation point between the Service Desk and Applications team.

Day to day you will:

    • Support the SharePoint and M365 environments
    • Design, develop and support modern business solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform and related M365 technologies
    • Support and provide expertise within ITS and the wider business on M365 and SharePoint technologies and best practices
    • Assist with Global compliance and Internal Audit reviews and processes
    • Improve and document the technical processes around M365 and SharePoint

What you'll bring to our team:

    • 3-5 years practical experience with maintaining, supporting and working in M365 and SharePoint
    • Proven experience using SharePoint as a Document Management System
    • Experience delivering SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform projects
    • Experience using Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code) technologies with Dataverse and SharePoint
    • Experience designing and developing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes
    • Practical experience with development languages (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)
