About the Role
This is a fully remote role. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
We are seeking a highly ambitious, energetic, and confident person to join our Client Success team. You will have a unique flair for client communication and understanding client behavior. You are known for building long-lasting business relationships and can act as a problem solver.
As a Client Success Specialist you will oversee a portfolio of assigned key clients, develop new business from existing clients while solving issues, and occasionally assist with bringing in fresh business opportunities.
By consistently providing an exceptional customer experience, you will ensure that our clients maximise their value from Kraken’s products and thus directly contribute to Kraken’s success.
What you will do:
Act as a full-range supporter and service researcher for your assigned key clients
Be available for your clients to contact you via any channel they prefer, including voice communication
Enhance Kraken’s reputation by taking initiative in owning the client’s request and providing the best client experience in the financial services industry
Regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism and trading activity, so that we make our good even better
Experienced with assisting and communicating with high value clients
A cryptocurrency enthusiast with a very sound knowledge of international payments and banks
An accomplished in-depth researcher
Extremely security and privacy conscious
Innovative and resourceful with a “Think outside the box” attitude
Accountable with a strong sense of ownership
A confident communicator who thrives on dealing with stakeholders at all levels
A motivated and energetic self starter with excellent people skills who thrives in a result driven environment
