We are looking for a brilliant Senior Client Delivery Lead who has experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) within the Australian energy or services sector. Your focus will be in the communications domain, covering our messaging, integrations, and AI-powered communications products. If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, bringing people together to find solutions, then you've come to the right place.

What you'll do

    • Drive the product vision: Work with operations and engineering to execute a product vision that lines up with Kraken's big picture and what our global clients need, always thinking Kraken-first.
    • Lead the delivery pipeline: Keep the complex delivery pipeline running smoothly across multiple global clients and product teams. Make sure tech, people, and processes are all working together well. Define MVPs, push for test-and-learn, and back the engineering team to get features out the door, agile & fast.
    • Bring people together: Get everyone on the same page – internal teams and external – building solid relationships and making it feel like we're all one team
    • Resolve critical issues & incidents: Jump on any product issues or incidents, sort them out fast, and keep things running smoothly for our clients.

    • Day-to-day activities:
    • Jump on calls/slack with clients to really get what they need, and show them how Kraken makes their lives easier
    • Work closely with the engineering team to nail down product feature requirements, keeping in mind we're building for everyone, not just one client
    • Get your hands dirty understanding the tech, and spot ways we can make the product even better
    • Support the team in building strong relationships with third parties to help us scale fast and smart

What you’ll have:

    • Expertise / qualification: You’ve got years of experience in client delivery or product ownership within the Australian energy or services sectors, with degree qualification or equivalent industry experience
    • Agile & product management: You know your way around agile, and you're not afraid to bend the agile rules a bit to get things done. Plus, you get product management, and making product-wide decisions to build solutions that scale and last.
    • Comfort in uncertainty: You're not one to freak out when things get a bit messy. You're good at rolling with the punches and figuring stuff out on the fly. 
    • Eagerness to learn: You're motivated and keen to pick up new skills and dive into new areas. You're the kind of person who's always asking questions and wanting to know more.
    • Exceptional communication and influence: You're a natural at talking to people, working with teams, and giving presentations. You can get your ideas across and get people on board, even when you're challenging the status quo.
    • Tech-savvyness: You stay on top of the latest tech trends and know how they can be applied to improve our products and services. You're always looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead of the curve
