The energy industry is undergoing the largest transformation since industrialisation at an unprecedented rate of change and we are positioning ourselves to be at the heart of that change.
Our aim is to be the leading global provider of solutions that enable customers to release £30bn of value per annum from distributed energy resources (DERs). We are building a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription business with a global addressable market of £2.4 billion per annum, by digitally connecting hundreds of thousands of DERs with energy markets.
We have already attained a market leading position and KrakenFlex is a recognised thought leader and innovator in the industry.
What you'll do
- Identify, collect, and organise valuable knowledge from various sources.
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes.
- Standardise documentation deliverables across Kraken products.
- Develop and implement documentation translation strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information.
- Create and develop learning modules and training programs using our learning platform.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organisation.
- Develop and implement knowledge-sharing initiatives and programs.
- Identify and address knowledge and skill gaps.
- Facilitate best practices for information architecture.
- Write, review, and edit content to address missing information.
- Develop and maintain the company style guide.
- Guide the choice of appropriate knowledge management tools and technologies.
- Help to manage and maintain knowledge management systems.
- Train employees on how to use knowledge management tools and systems.
- Oversee the organisation of internal content within the organisation's internal knowledge management tool to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Help to automate processes where applicable.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement in knowledge management processes and systems, such as automation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge management performance.
What you'll need
- Docs-as-code processes and tools such as Git, Github, markdown.
- Managing technical and non-technical writers.
- Information architecture.
- Experience using GitBook (Desirable)
