Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!
Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.
We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.
It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.
Core to everything at Kraken is its Platform team, who are responsible for building a reliable, scalable and secure foundation for our products. The Solutions team sits within Platform, and owns the process of building Kraken environments for new clients, and supporting new use cases for existing ones. Kraken’s Solutions engineers are innovators, exploring solutions to new and complex challenges, and building up a catalogue of these solutions and automations to make delivery more efficient and effortless for our clients.
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager to manage the planning and delivery of platform solutions for our growing client base. You’ll be working directly with a team of engineers spread across the globe, and collaborating closely with both Engineering and Product leads in the Platform Group, and Client Delivery Leads across the business. You’ll need to be a self-starter: someone who sees a problem and can’t help but want to fix it! You’ll be well organised, working methodically and clearly to ensure projects go from inception to completion.
As a Platform PDM, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating seamless delivery of Platform products and new infrastructure, while providing a delightful experience for clients and their end users.
You will directly enable our product and client delivery teams to deliver efficiently, and clients to effectively adopt changes. Your main goal would be to bridge boundaries, ensuring alignment of goals, delivery, dependencies, planning and communications between the impacted teams (internally and externally).
Your users will be external clients, as well as internal engineers at Kraken, so you’ll need to balance these differing needs accordingly. This is a high visibility role, with the opportunity to have a huge impact on Kraken’s growth.
