Purpose
The role of the Inside Sales Coordinator is to serve a significant number of Small and X-small businesses in a scalable manner (More than 50 eventually) where can sell the Kueski Pay solution and support them with the onboarding process until ensuring that the payment method is available at the merchant's checkout.

Key Responsibilities

    • Service, operational, and commercial support to businesses in the integration process. Monitor the sales funnel of the merchants (integrate merchants, request documentation, share product information)
    • Analysis of results of the assigned portfolio, operational management with businesses, updated CRM with up-to-date portfolio
    • Map processes, create generic presentations, identify gaps in repetitive tasks

Position Requirements

    • Completed bachelor
    • 1 year of experience in the area of ​​sales and merchant management.
    • Previous experience in sales and managing a large portfolio of merchants
    • Operational and commercial understanding of the B2B ecosystem
    • Intermediate English
    • Knowledge of CRM (salesforce)
    • Creation of presentations and manuals
    • Process mapping
    • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Prestashop)
    • Organized management in Excel
