Purpose
The role of Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will lead our efforts in targeting and engaging clients. In this pivotal role, the senior manager will play a central role in crafting and executing strategies to drive brand recognition, acquire new business customers, and support our sales efforts. Leveraging their deep knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and the Fintech landscape, this individual will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. The Senior Manager will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and foster individual growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with our business goals, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness within the fintech sector
    • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling B2B marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, designed to engage and educate our target audience
    • Campaign Management: Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing B2B leads through channels such as email marketing, social media, webinars, and events
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for B2B marketing strategies
    • Demand Generation and Lead Generation: Implement demand and lead generation strategies that create awareness and demand for our products while transforming the brand-aware audience into customers. Establish the tactics that expands the audience, generates urgency, and clarifies our solution to transform interest into action
    • Partnership Development: Foster partnerships with industry influencers, associations, and complementary businesses to expand our B2B network and increase brand visibility
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities

Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably within the Fintech or financial services industry
    • Demonstrated success in creating and executing B2B marketing strategies, driving lead generation, and achieving ROI
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to optimize campaigns
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners
    • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically to solve complex marketing challenges
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
