Purpose
As a Finance Investor Relations Specialist you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with investors and different stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust, and helping to ensure that Kueski’s financial performance is accurately understood and valued
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and preparing financial monthly / quarterly reports to various stakeholders, including Kueski’s senior management team, Board of Directors and investors
- Assist Head of Finance in potential capital raise
- Leading ad-hoc projects required by the Head of Finance
- Develop analytical framework and critical thinking through Monthly and/or Annual Financial Statements review and benchmark with competitors
- Prepare financial and operating performance and cost structure benchmarking of Kueski vs other Consumer Lending and BNPL players
- Establish and analyze profitability dashboard identifying key KPIs (ej: profit margins, ROE) and unit economics (LTV, etc) vs. other competitors
- Developing and implementing processes within the area promoting automation
- Review and analyze business cases for new product recommendations
- Maintain a data room updated for potential capital raise
- Assist in the due diligence process with potential investors
- Assist on investors’ annual audits
- Assist on corporate presentations for Senior Management and Investors
Position Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in strategic/financial planning, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
- 3-5 years experience at creating financial and business models
- 3-5 years experience in finance, accounting, performance optimization, and industry analysis
- Research skills (public and private companies, industry trends)
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the company
- Interest in Finance Markets
- Advanced Excel
- Attention to details
- Ability to interpret abstract scenarios with limited information
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Business and Financial Research
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
Nice to have
- Knowledge in the Fintech sector
- Previous work in investment banking
- Knowledge of SQL, R-Studio
- Experience in FactSet, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and visual financial contents
