What you’ll do:
Working closely with the Franchise Systems Team and regional staff, you will help ensure all Keller Williams franchises operate at the highest level—ensuring profitability and success, and monitoring compliance issues.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop new or improved compliance processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
    • Track on-going franchisee activities
    • Draft, edit and transmit monthly default reports for franchisees
    • Coordinate with Legal team to draft and send escalated default notices to Regions and Market Centers
    • Maintain constant communication with regional representatives for follow up on matters
    • Draft, edit and transmit daily communications to Regions and Market Centers, typically with respect to matters of non-compliance and respective cure deadlines
    • Process transfer applications required by the Market Center Franchise Agreement
    • Manage systems for Market Center Renewal Process
    • Review and processing of New Market Center applications to ensure an efficient, compliant, and successful launch
    • Manage and process requests, including role and address changes, as provided in the Policies and Guidelines Manual
    • Facilitate bi-annual record validation project for all Market Centers
    • Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties
    • Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles, and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations
    • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties
    • Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
    • Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature
    • Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Two or more years of professional experience
    • Previous legal administrative or franchise experience
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and editing
    • Polished and professional demeanor
