About the role
As a Product owner, you will hold total ownership of Kyivstar Open Telecom as a product. You will be responsible for the roadmap, people, P&L, stakeholder management, R&D, and many other things that lead your product to a successful strategy. You will join our mature product team with the expertise you need – UX\UI, Business analysis, and Engineering.

What you will do
- Setting your team’s goals, and success metrics about Kyivstar's mission, driving maximum business impact
- Identifying new product opportunities and revenue drivers, and market research
- Building and developing partner's network
- Creating buy-in of product strategy for C-level and your team
- Inventing new features and working closely with Discovery and Engineering teams to deliver them and measure them
- Customer development
- Collaborating with other stakeholders: FP&A, Legal, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.
Qualifications and experience needed
- 3+ years of experience in product management with proven success
- Strong understanding of B2B markets and the unique challenges and opportunities in the telco industry
- Strong understanding API platform products
- Entrepreneurship approach, R&D experience
- Metrics oriented mindset and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership skills, ability to create and translate product vision both internally and for external partners
- In-depth knowledge of telco features, protocols, and technologies
- Experience in managing products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation to market launch
- Strong understanding of B2B markets and the unique challenges and opportunities in the telco industry
- Technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams and understand API design principles
- Business oriented, strong skills of stakeholders management is a must
- Proven experience in methodologies for roadmap prioritization, priority negotiation
- Mastery in product teams management, understanding details of development processes, experience of managing development teams using Agile methodologies, Scrum, understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of basic system integration principles and ability to define good technological architecture of the product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Higher education (Economics, Management, Computer Science, or another relevant field)
