We are starting a new team focused on lead generation and user acquisition for external B2B clients via Telecom-based and Digital marketing channels. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance-driven growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:
•Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns with our proprietary Big Data tools and services
•Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization
•Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation
•Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across channels
•Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
•Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics
•Mentor and train a team of user acquisition managers
•Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency

Requirements:
•Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals
•Experience in leading marketing or user acquisition team
•Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques
•Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations
•Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools
•Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
•SQL knowledge is a plus
•Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes
•Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns
