Business Controller is a part of Financial Planning and Analysis department.
On this position, you will provide financial and business support for technical and commercial functions of Kyivstar in terms of financial modelling, business forecasting and performance measurement.
Also, you will cooperate with various operational teams, executive staff, Group finance and strategy teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive capital investing process through critical assessment and valuation of technical/ commercial projects with further post-implementation analysis;
    • Cooperate with financial planning team regarding long-range planning, budgeting and forecasting;
    • Perform monthly financial analysis across various business lines and segments to drive management decisions;
    • Provide ad-hoc support for senior executives to create transparency of financial results and business performance.


    • BS/MS degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics and other related fields;
    • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in big4, management consulting companies or multinationals;
    • Knowledge of financial theory, business valuation and profitability assessment;
    • Advanced user of Excel and PPT; VBA and SQL is a strong plus;
    • Working level of English, both written and verbal;
    • Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, etc) will be a plus.
