Purpose of the Role
To ensure effective analytical support for the Company’s B2C function through insight generation, advanced analytics, forecasting, and market research. Responsible for translating data into commercial strategies and tactical actions, enabling faster and more effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
·       Department Management: Organizes, coordinates, and controls the activities of all units within the Department: commercial analytics, retail analytics, market research, BI and insights unit. Partners B2C commercial functions enabling of proactive business decisions.
·       Commercial Analytics: Provides analysis and consultative support in preparing business cases. Models strategic scenarios for new and existing business directions. Participates in the development of strategic company plans, performs calculations, and builds financial and economic models.
·       Retail Analytics/Reporting Automatio: Ensures preparation of reports and operational control of retail sales channels. Oversees dashboard development and KPI monitoring for retail.
·       Market Research:Coordinates qualitative and quantitative research, including NPS, brand health, CX. Integrates research results into the overall decision-making process.
·       BI / Forecasting / Insights: Ensures the development of BI solutions and analytical infrastructure. Provides analytical support and forecasting. Participates in planning processes within the budgeting cycle. Leads the development of an insight-generation function to ensure fast and relevant business decision-making. Coordinates dashboards implementation, and KPI standardization.
·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborates with all commercial and other company functions to align needs, priorities, and execution of department objectives.
·       Results Presentation: Ensures high-quality preparation of analytical materials for senior leadership.
Requirements:
1.   Work Experience:Minimum 7 years in business analytics / market research / BI, and at least 5 years of experience managing analytical teams. Telecom experience is required.
2.  Special Knowledge and Skills:
·       Analytical thinking and strategic vision
·       Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SQL)
·       Ability to structure complex data into actionable insights for leadership
·       Understanding of commercial processes (marketing, sales, products)
·       Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills
3. Language Skills: Fluent in English
4. Additional Requirements: Client-oriented mindset, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work with large data volumes, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
5. University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing, or IT.
