We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of B2C Retail to lead our nationwide retail operations. This role focuses on shaping and executing the B2C retail strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through our retail footprint.
Key Responsibilities
·       Lead the development and execution of the national retail strategy for the B2C segment.
·       Ensure sales targets, customer experience KPIs, and profitability goals are achieved.
·       Manage and support regional sales teams and retail partners across the country.
·       Optimize and expand the retail network in line with business objectives and customer demand.
·       Develop and implement incentive programs, operational standards, and performance monitoring tools for retail personnel and partners.
·       Ensure consistent implementation of brand and commercial initiatives across all retail formats.
·       Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Finance teams to support integrated go-to-market execution.
·       Lead digital transformation of retail channels (automation, analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
·       Oversee budget planning and cost control for retail operations.
Requirements
Education:
·       Higher education in Business, Management, or Economics.
·       MBA is a plus.
Experience:
·       Minimum 7 yea experience in retail management or B2C commercial operations.
·       At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams or regional networks.
·       Proven experience working with partner and franchise retail channels.
·       Telecom or FMCG experience is highly desirable.
Skills:
·       Strong leadership and people management skills.
·       Deep understanding of retail sales processes and customer service standards.
·       Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
·       Fluency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
·       Readiness for frequent business travel and field work.
