What you will do as a Senior Product Designer:
- You will join a team of design allies working to strengthen the design infrastructure and culture at Kyruus Health.
- You will be an advocate for our users, leveraging your background and experience to improve and evolve how they find and get care.
- You will contribute to strategy, definition, and evolution of our products and design system.
- You will use the many tools in your toolkit to document and communicate your learning and rationale while you iterate on the solutions you build.
- You will participate in feedback sessions - giving and receiving feedback so we can further refine and improve our products.
- You will work within multiple teams and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Design within the Product Department.

- Kyruunauts in the Senior Product Designer role can move in a more linear career path to a Staff Product Designer position. From there, you could move into a Senior Staff Product Designer level role or explore a management position within the Product Design vertical.
- Kyruus Health also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.
How you can grow
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, research, and data-driven design.
- A portfolio that showcases web and mobile interfaces, good design fundamentals, and a consistent aesthetic.
- You will know you are a good fit for this position if you have extensive experience at the technical intersection between Product Design and Front End Development.
- A deep familiarity with design systems, multi-client theming, and design token management; working in conjunction with Figma, Storybook, component frameworks, and other tooling that helps design and code stay tightly coupled.
- Experience working on complex service design projects, and an understanding that it's essential user interfaces hide their complexity behind intuitive controls.
- Experience working in Agile environments, deploying your knowledge of best practices in the delivery of new products and features, and a track record of using data and iteration to improve the experiences for users of your solutions.
- A strong working knowledge of design fundamentals and product development.
- The ability to explain design ideas and principles to different audiences of people.
- Experience designing with complex data using dashboards, administrative consoles, product comparisons, user editable tables and similar.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- The ability to travel a few times a year for focused work sessions.
