What you will do in a Legal Coordinator role at Kyruus Health:

    • You’ll contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient legal and operational processes for the company, such as the customer contracting and vendor procurement processes. 
    • You’ll interact with and support the Legal and Compliance team, with a primary focus on administration and operations, including triaging of legal and compliance matters. 
    • You’ll proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the legal and compliance functions. 
    • You’ll assist in managing compliance matters related to corporate registrations and filings, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 
    • You’ll support the team and the General Counsel with the gathering of corporate metrics, and with scheduling of meetings and preparation of agenda. 
    • You’ll help with conducting research on regulatory changes and other legal matters, as applicable. 
    • You’ll collaborate with various cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure lega land compliance requirements are integrated into business processes. 
    •  You’ll communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel, as needed. 
    • You’ll leverage technical skills to enhance operational efficiency, using tools and technologies to automate routine tasks and improve workflow processes. 
    • You’ll organize and respond to customer inquiries, questionnaires, and requests for information related to legal and compliance matters while ensuring appropriate record-keeping, proper versioning control and accessibility for audits and reference for the relevant departments who are needed to collaborate. 
    • You’ll provide support with conducting federally-mandated background checks and withensuring that records are properly submitted. 
    • You’ll triage documents for broader review by the Legal and Compliance team and maintainsignature/DocuSign envelopes for the team, while supporting the management of uploads torelevant contract repositories or databases, such as Ironclad. 
    • You’ll report to the VP Regulatory in the Legal/Compliance Department within the General &Administrative Division.

What you will bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a technology company.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, ownership mind-set. 
    • Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. 
    • Technical proficiency in legal software, document management systems, and electronic-signature tools preferred, but not required. 
    • Functional experience leveraging tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack preferred, but not required. 
    • Contract review experience preferred, but not required. 
    • Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance management, and budget administration a plus. 
    • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a view of goal-prioritization. 
    • Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, solve problems proactively and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Ability to track against a deadline to ensure deadlines are met and communicate promptly if deadlines cannot be met. 
    • Experience in partnering with and supporting a fast-paced sales or business development organization to close deals; strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously in such an environment to help drive deals to close. 
    • High personal standards of excellence and ethics, as well as the ability to act with discretion, strict confidentiality and sensitivity towards issues and individuals.
