Responsibilities

    • Adopt a human-centric approach to client engagement, emphasizing personalized interactions and avoiding mass email campaigns.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships within the SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate industries.
    • Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
    • Present HR, OD, and recruitment proposals and negotiate terms of engagement with clients.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot).

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of the SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate industries, including key trends, technologies, and challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Compensation and work type

    • This is a commission-based position with compensation tied to achieving specific milestones and targets. Commission structure details will be discussed during the interview process.
    • No fixed schedule, work on your own time.
    • We provide tools, CRMs, content, and pricing flexibility to close deals.
    • Flexible arrangements depending on your strengths, if you like full-cycle you can do it and get a higher commission or if you prefer a more limited approach, you can get compensated for the warm-lead.
