Labelbox’s mission is to build the best products for humans to advance artificial intelligence. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for owning and providing assistance with our CRM platform, Salesforce. In collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, you’ll work to maintain our current CRM environment while continuing to build out the platform and integrations that support our fast evolving business.  Current Labelbox customers include American Family Insurance, Lytx, Airbus, Bayer, MIT, and more. Labelbox is venture backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI-focused venture fund), Kleiner Perkins and First Round Capital and has been featured in Tech Crunch, Web Summit and Forbes.

Responsibilities

    • Perform day-to-day administration, configuration and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment
    • Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications
    • Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security)
    • Create and update Reports and Dashboards for all business stakeholders
    • Create and modify objects, fields, etc. as directed
    • Log and track system problems from identification through resolution
    • Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements
    • Reform, upgrade, and complete system maintenance
    • Manage Process Builders, Flows, and Workflow Rules
    • Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions that support new or changing business processes
    • Collaborate with critical Labelbox Salesforce stakeholders to understand and strategize around Team Labelbox needs
    • Integrate Salesforce with other applications, as well as test and maintain those integrations
    • Maintain a clean Salesforce database.Create and maintain system-related documentation

Requirements

    • Minimum 4+ years as Salesforce.com Administrator in a SaaS tech company
    • Experience working with platforms like Outreach, Clearbit, Zapier and DuplicateCheck are a plus 
    • Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
