We are looking for a HRBP based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in end to end talent acquisition, management and development to help scaling our operations across Indonesia. We are seeking someone who can thrive in a collaborative, open and continuous improvement environment. What you will do:

    • Talent Acquisition: Lead end to end recruitment activities to hire the right talent for the right time and place
    • People Management: Support all departments by providing robust people insights and solution for manpower issues
    • People Development: Analyze and propose strategies for competencies or development needs across departments
    • Performance Management: Liaise with all departments to create and perform the suitable and relevant monitoring and appraisal process
    • Business Expansion: Become the People Department representative in supporting other departments in executing operation expansion
    • Special Projects: Assist local and regional team for ad hoc projects that may occur

What you will need:

    • Bachelor degree in any major preferably Psychology, Management, Law, or Industrial Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years as HR generalist or 3 years as a business partner or talent acquisition
    • Experienced in handling wide range of HR chains
    • Familiar with different HRIS
    • Experienced in conducting man power planning
    • Proven as a strong communicator and negotiator
    • Wiling to do business travel if needed
    • Fluent in English is a must
