This role is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Loyalty and Rewards Program. Reporting to the Assistant Loyalty and Partnerships Manager, this role will be accountable for supporting the team with the day to day loyalty and rewards marketing and operational activities.

Role and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in organizing and planning for member campaigns and events and manage marketing tools
    • Execute and prepare marketing collaterals across all platforms/channels and based on customer segmentation 
    • Develop reports for tracking the effectiveness of loyalty and partners promotions 
    • Perform day-to-day operations, admin support and system maintenance, such as collaterals preparation and promotion campaign setup  
    • Act as day-to-day key contact and point of escalation for rewards program member and operational enquiries  (Finance, Partners, Customer Service) 
    • Conduct quality checks and operation flow for the Rewards Program in all markets
    • Identify operational efficiencies, automation requirements and new ways to deliver all operational and service by working and interacting with vendors and cross teams 
    • Keep track of the usage/ stock of rewards  
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, establish and perform bonus  crediting, refund process when necessary
    • Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

    • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in execution of marketing campaigns and reporting
    • Diploma/degree in Business/Marketing is preferable 
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment, handling multiple projects and ensure timeline is met
    • Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills  
    • A proactive team player with positive attitude
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken and computer literacy  i.e. MS Office 
    • Experience and understanding in marketing, loyalty and rewards program operation is an advantage
