What you will do
- Plan and expand the network of driver partners, fleet owners and acquire new affiliated partners;
- Seeking van & truck drivers in Vietnam to become Lalamove driver-partners, fleet owners, and potential partners to become Lalamove affiliates;
- Support driver-partners/partners in Lalamove account registrations, coming to Lalamove driver centers to complete their registration if needed;
- Educate driver partners/affiliates, ensuring compliance with Lalamove’s policies;
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliated partners/fleet owners/driver partners;
- Ensure the quality of driver partners after onboarding especially complete orders in the period;
- Perform other duties assigned by direct manager
- Lập kế hoạch, mở rộng mạng lưới đối tác tài xế cá nhân, doanh nghiệp và đối tác tiếp thị liên kết (giới thiệu đối tác tài xế mới);
- Tìm kiếm tài xế xe tải, xe van ở Việt Nam thuyết phục họ trở thành đối tác tài xế cá nhân/doanh nghiệp và các đối tác tài xế tiềm năng trở thành đối tác tiếp thị liên kết của Lalamove;
- Hỗ trợ đối tác tài xế/đối tác đăng kí tài khoản Lalamove, đến một trong các địa điểm hỗ trợ của Lalamove để hoàn thành việc đăng kí ( nếu cần);
- Đảm bảo đối tác tài xế cá nhân/doanh nghiệp/ đối tác tiếp thị liên kết hiểu và tuân các chính sách của Lalamove;
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với đối tác tài xế cá nhân/doanh nghiệp/đối tác tiếp thị liên kết;
- Đảm bảo chất lượng đối tác tài xế sau khi hợp tác đặc biệt hoàn thành đơn hàng trong khoảng thời gian nhất định;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân bổ từ quản lý trực tiếp.

What you’ll need
- Undergraduate/College/Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
- At least 6 months of experience in field sales logistics/ operations or driver community management.
- Outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background);
- Hands-on and get things done attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs;
- Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
- Autonomous and adaptable to cope with an ever-changing working environment;
- Understand and follow the company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Proficient in the use of smartphones and technology applications.
