What you’ll do

    • Manage, and improve the quality of drivers to deliver the best services to end users;
    • Communicate directly with drivers on issues to understand & manage their expectations;
    • Work with the internal teams (Customer Service, Finance & other stakeholders) to investigate reported issues related to drivers and deliver optimal solutions;
    • Engage and collaborate with every function within the Driver Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to escalate information on driver's current issues and propose changes (if needed) in process & policy for drivers;
    • Check, monitor, and execute action plans to minimize driver fraud and potential risks;
    • Collaborate with other teams (MKT, Communication..) to increase driver engagement and loyalty to the brand;
    • Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Manager.

What you’ll need

    • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
    • 1-2 years previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
    • Good MS Office skills;
    • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and logical thinking;
