What you will be doing:
- Lead, forecast and manage driver recruitment in line with growth projection;
- Explore different recruitment channels to diversify acquisition sources in order to ensure KPIs
- Propose initiatives to improve acquisition channels and lead quality and be responsible for execution
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process pain points and suggestion for improvement
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Place of work: Pho Quang, Tan Binh District, HCM
- Time of work: Monday – Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) & Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)

- An ambitious individual who has a go getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs;
- Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
- Autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with an ever-changing working environment.
What do you need:
- Degree in the relevant field;
- Fresher are welcome;
- Guaranteed to work full time for at least 6 months
- Have a personal laptop
- Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
- Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
- Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
