We are looking for a Driver Operations Lead who will will play a critical role in supporting Ride Acquisition, Onboarding, and Driver Partner management, ensuring seamless operations across Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu, as well as future expansion areas once Ride is activated in other cities.

This role directly contributes to the massive growth of our Ride supply while strengthening our offline brand presence. We are looking for a Lead who will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations, enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, and serve as Management’s main point of contact for all Ride Haling-related matters.

What you'll do:
Oversee daily Ride operations, including Ride Driver onboarding, sticker installation, and resolution of concerns.
Monitor and track daily performance metrics, attendance, and staff productivity through regular reporting.
Coordinate onboarding activities and Driver Partner concerns with relevant teams and departments.
Plan, organize, and execute offsite Ride activation and onboarding events, as well as Partner Driver engagement initiatives.
Support TNVS alliance acquisition to strengthen operator network, regulatory alignment and supply growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations, while escalating potential issues to Management.
Facilitate team briefings and weekly staff meetings to share updates on performance, product changes, and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve Ride operations and recommend process enhancements.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with systems/tools used for operations and reporting.
Experience coordinating with government offices (LTFRB) or TNVS-related organizations is an advantage.
