What you will be doing:
- Manage customer information and build relationships after they successfully onboard;
- Collaborate with Marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns;
- Coordinate with Customer Service to handle complaints within a defined SOP;
- Coordinate with Accounting department to control customers payment process;
- Coordinate with other departments to make the business operations of the company go smoothly;
- Track and analyze customer data to classify potential customers;
- Handle office tasks, generate weekly reports;
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers via phone and e-mail.
What we seek:
- University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma related major.
- At least 2 years related working experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure/tight deadline;
- Able to work independently;
- Good research skills and detailed-oriented;
- Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel;
