Lala Automotive Philippines Inc., known with its brand name, Lala Auto, was launched in the Philippines in September 2019 as an aid in revolutionizing the traditional logistics industry. We drive limitless possibilities for livelihood opportunities through our Vehicle Ownership Program for Lalamove Business.
Our brand is currently looking for a vibrant and execution-savvy Senior Marketing Specialist who shall supervise, coordinate, and execute our marketing campaigns and activities to help achieve brand awareness, engagement and sales conversion targets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership (30%). Savvy on coming-up “big ideas”. Must be able to lead, strategize and plan marketing efforts (through campaigns and activations) heavily anchored on research and data insighting. Shall be able to report outcomes/results to the top management.
- Omni-Channel Content Strategy & Management (30%). Must be able to identify and recommend suitable marketing channels (be it online or offline) for lead generation activities. He/She is expected to maintain channels, platforms, and/or other portals of the brand through content strategy & management (in collaboration with the Marketing Associate).
- Leads Management & Digital Marketing (40%). Should be adept / or have an experience on managing paid ads for digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Must be able to maintain lead forms & supervise lead distribution to the Sales Team.
What you'll need:
- Relevant degree in Communication Arts, Advertising and/or Marketing is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of brand / digital marketing experience.
- Has effective and efficient project management skills.
- Experience on managing paid ads in Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Marketing experience from automotive, logistics or tech-related industry is a plus.
- Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Willing to work onsite daily in the Paranaque Intergrated Terminal Exchange
