Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Match unfulfill orders with drivers who are located around the pick-up area.
- Teach or give drivers training on how to take orders correctly.
- Assist drivers who contact Lalamove for help.
- Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives.
- Driver fraudulent check (Driver account, Order).
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPI'sRequirements.
- ช่วยจับคู่งานของลูกค้าที่ค้างอยู่ในระบบให้เข้ากับคนขับที่อยู่ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง
- สอนให้คนขับรับงานผ่านแอพพลิเคชันได้อย่างทุกต้องและตรงตามประเภทของงาน
- ตัดสินใจ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้คนขับในกรณีที่คนขับติดต่อเข้ามาขอความช่วยเหลือ
- ช่วยทำให้งานขนส่งสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีทั้งงานขนส่งทั่วไปและอื่นๆ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วง
- ดำเนินการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทั้งของส่วนบุคคลและทีมตามข้อกำหนดของ KPI
Qualification คุณสมบัติ
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Good team player and responsible.
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
- มีความสามารถในการจัดการและปฏิบัติงานที่มีความซับซ้อนให้ลุล่วงด้วยตนเอง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ เสมอได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้
- มีความพยายามในการสื่อสารกับผู้ติดต่อให้มีความเข้าใจในการบริการอย่างมีคุณภาพ
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับต่างแผนกได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสนใจในการเรียนรู้และแก้ปัญหาสิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
