We're currently looking to hire an Assistant Retention Marketing Manager, part of our Global Marketing team based in Hong Kong. The position is responsible for the strategy, and execution of global retention campaigns, by deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis.

What you’ll do:

    • Assist in developing regional retention strategies and localized to market specific action plans
    • Lead centralized planning, execution and analysis on CRM framework in 10+ markets 
    • Leveraging data from the CRM framework and suggest optimization tactics to enhance the performance 
    • Be the owner of KPI and proactively improve the status quo
    • Have a big data mindset to drive decision making and communicate with other stakeholders
    • Enhance synergy between Marketing team and Local Marketing team, Data team, Product team to improve top line business KPI
    • Develop process (SOP, R&R) and design infrastructure requirement (required dashboard metrics to Data, new feature requirement to Product) to achieve scalability
    • Innovate and evaluate hyper-speed growth experiments (A/B Test), segmentation to provide insights for conversion rate optimization

What you'll need

    • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
    • Minimum 6 years of marketing / consulting / analytical or related experience
    • Team management experience is a plus
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Experience with developing, implementing, and reporting on AB tests
    • Good understanding of key Marketing metrics such as CAC, ROI and LTV
    • Able to build collaborative relationships, demonstrates learning agility and strives for excellence in execution
    • Exceptional in Excel / data management skills is a plus
    • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
