What You Will Do
- 1/ Weekly
- Book accounting transaction into Accounting software
- Prepare weekly AR Report & Perform Debt Collection
- Check Driver wallet reports
- Prepare weekly cashflow, reconcile transaction on bank statement with Accounting software
- Prepare Weekly reports (bank balance, driver deposits)
- Support other Department on the issue of invoice, wallet balance
- Manage the workload of subsidy team members (3 persons)
- Work with the bank on requirement (if any)
- Other tasks from Finance Lead or Finance Manager.
- 2/ Monthly:
- Check monthly wallet balance
- Prepare accounting monthly closing
- Check Monthly Stock count & Sale report
- VAT invoice issuance
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 or 3 years experience at Accountant in MNC
- Good in communication, hard-working, active in work, can manage the team well
- English: fluently in reading and writing
- Computer: Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Have prior experience with the Xero/ ERP accounting system.
