Who We Are Looking For:
- We are looking for a Public Affairs Associate with high potential and interest in the digital/tech world. In this role, you will directly impact some of Lalamove's most strategic objectives, by providing sustainability to our business, shaping reasonable regulation in all markets and building long lasting relationships with Governments and critical stakeholders.
What We Expect From You:
- Support Public Affairs Manager to build a comprehensive Public Affairs Strategy and Engagement at State & Municipalities Level.
- Interface with State & Municipalities level people such as deputies, city councilors and authorities in general.
- Responsible for taking care of the entire legislative and executive context that impacts our business and dealing with action plans together with the authorities at Lalamove main markets.
- Be able to understand Lalamove's Business Model
- Fluent in English communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, PR, Social Science and similar
- Be able to withstand pressure and know how to prioritize and organize workload
- 3-5 years of experience with mapping, engagement and monitoring stakeholders at the executive and legislative branch.
- Experience with regulatory, trade laws, law specific to the startup environment, consumer protection laws and labor laws
- Experience in Lalamove's segment or having served them while working for Public Affairs Consultancy
- Experience working with the digital industry and/or with digital startups is a plus.
- Adaptation to a structure that grows exponentially and has constant changes
- Fluent in English communication
Location of work: Osasco
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6:48pm
