We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving acquisition, retention, and corporate awareness. 
As the Sales Manager, you'll lead efforts to address critical areas such as diversifying our client base starting from small & medium enterprises to large ones, scaling engagement with all of these enterprises, and increasing monthly orders from active corporate clients. You'll lead the team to optimize conversion rates from leads to closed deals and from registrations to active corporate users while elevating retention rates to meet global standards. Additionally, you'll improve campaign conversion rates and corporate awareness through enhanced event participation and online presence. Collaborating closely with other teams, your leadership will drive comprehensive solutions, guiding the company toward sustained growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

    • Acquisition:
    • (i) Develop and implement strategies to diversify our client base by including small, medium and large sized enterprises and scale engagement with all of the aforementioned enterprises
      (ii) Identify prospects, pitch new deals, create proposals, and negotiate agreements in order to bring new business onto the platform and increase active users/corporate clients.
      (iii) Increase monthly orders from active users/corporate clients.
      (iv) Improve conversion rates from leads to closed deals and from registered users to active corporate clients.
      (v) Develop scalable end-to-end processes for enterprise partnerships, new customer acquisition channels, and other areas to drive growth. 
    • Retention:
    • (i) Drive improvements in customer retention rates, aiming to align with global benchmarks.
      (ii) Enhance campaign conversion rates, from dispatch, opt-in to completed orders.
      (iii) Elevate corporate awareness through increased participation in events and activities, along with improved online presence.
      (iv) Manage the community of users, continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges, build incentives to drive engagement and referrals, while ensuring our service professionalism. 
    • Data Analysis:
    • (i) Conduct in-depth data analysis to analyze stored data, track all related metrics, understand trends, and provide meaningful insights.
      (ii) Utilize data-driven insights to track the impact of initiatives against our goals and inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
    • Team Management & Communication with Stakeholders:
    • (i) Lead, motivate, and empower internal sales teams across field, office, and other existing roles, guiding them to achieve 100% and beyond, driving unparalleled success.
      (ii) Consistently communicate with Concerned Team from HQ and all local teams to ensure proper alignment, accurate exchange of information and seamless execution.
      (iii) Coordinate closely with the Local Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless alignment & execution of strategies and efforts across departments.

What You’ll Need:

    • Experience of minimum 7-9 years in enterprise and/or field sales, business/corporate sales as well as relationship development at a high-growth company/startup within the delivery logistics (3PL) or online marketplace (B2B/B2C) space is strongly preferred. 
    • Understanding of sales methodologies e.g., what drives sales behavior, how sales processes work, contract structure/negotiations, and customer incentives 
    • Understanding of sales forecasting and target planning.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead business process design and improvement initiatives, automate operational tasks, and prioritize time for high business impact activities (long and short term.
    • Demonstrated ability of managing a sales team (everything from direct field sales staff to in-house business development team)Strong network on which to rely on to expand the business.
    • Demonstrated success launching and scaling partnership programs.
    • Proficiency in CRM Systems (e.g., Freshsales), Mass Communication Tools (e.g., Sleekflow), Operation Analytical Software (Tableau) is a plus
