- Responsible for the end to end onboarding process of Lalamove partner riders/drivers (phone screening, collection of requirements and driver training)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs protocol of Lalamove


- Customer Service / Telemarketing experience
- Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Leadership and training experience would be a plus
- High level of grit and perseverance
- Willingness to work in Makati 5x a week
