Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Following up call to driver to complete driver registration on deposit process within 14 days cohort.
- Optimizing the onboarding process and finding solutions to increase the conversion rate.
- Maintain quality support onboarding team lead Driver Operation.
- ติดตามค่าลงทะเบียนแรกเข้าในการสมัครเป็นผู้ขับ Lalamove ภายใน 14 วันแรก
- ทำหน้าที่แนะนำ ดูแลผู้ขับใหม่ให้สามารถเรียนรู้แอพพลิเคชั่น
- ดูแลกระบวนการแนะนำผู้ขับใหม่ และช่วยเหลือด้านอื่นๆทีม Driver Operations
