What you’ll do
- Daily
- Review payment documents to comply with tax and invoice regulations;
- Manage driver-related matters, including tax information & registration, income and Personal Income Tax (PIT) obligations;
- Book daily transactions for both group and local financial reports.
- Monthly and Quarterly
- Prepare and review tax returns and filings, including corporate income tax (CIT), value-added tax (VAT), foreign contractor tax;(FCT) and other relevant taxes, to ensure timely and accurate submission accordingly to Vietnamese tax laws;
- Prepare Financial Statement (FS) reports in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS);
- Perform Stock Count and prepare Inventory reports;
- Prepare other Government-mandated reports.
- Other tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation;
- Support external and tax audits and address inquiries from tax authorities;
- Monitor changes in Vietnamese tax legislation and assess their impact on the company;
- Communicate tax-related matters clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance personnel;
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field;
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant tax experience;
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles (VAS);
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing various tax returns and filings in Vietnam;
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance;
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Experience with tax software is an advantageExperience with Oracle accounting system.
