Roles and Responsibilities:

- Endorse all interested drivers to insurance partners for the purchase of motor vehicle insurance products

- Achieve high leads conversion output by promoting the insurance products and services to drivers

- Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and conversion

- Collaborate with insurance partners to drive growth in conversion and suggest innovative ideas to increase output

- Assist in contacting interested drivers to complete the purchase process

- Report to direct manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities

- Participate in performance meetings and reviews with the insurance partners

- Stay updated with new features and product launches from insurance partners

What you’ll need:

- Any 4-year degree course

- Experience in sales preferably from insurance industry (non-life)

- Familiarity with all types of motor vehicle insurance products

- Negotiation and presentation skills

- Understanding of sales performance statistics

- Good communication skills

- Knowledgeable in MS office/google applications

- Must be amenable to work in Quezon City
