We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Associate who is passionate about driving business growth and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and pursue both corporate and individual clients, develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve targets. This role requires strong market research and customer analysis skills to understand evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions. The candidate will also leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track performance, generate reports, and maximize efficiency, while maintaining resilience and persuasive communication in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue potential B2B and individual clients for mid & last mile delivery services while building long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve business targets.
- Research market trends, analyze customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to overcome objections.
- Track and report performance using CRM systems, data analytics, and spreadsheets to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and remain resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong sales skills to get our potential client to use our service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
What You'll Need:
- Hold a university degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Possess a positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Have advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Be skilled in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting across various matrices.
- Show leadership qualities with experience in contract negotiation and team building.
