Job Description หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- แอดมินฝ่าย Account Executive ในการดูแลกลุ่มลูกค้าธุรกิจ ซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าที่สำคัญและใช้งานกับทางบริษัทฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าธุรกิจผ่านทางไลน์แอด ไลน์กลุ่ม และอีเมล
- รับเรื่องจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (Customer Services) และติดต่อกลับลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะด้าน
- ประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบริษัท
- ทำรีพอร์ตเพื่อสรุปข้อมูลปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่สัปดาห์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ พร้อมกับหาแนวทางการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
- ทำงานเวลา 09.30 - 18.30 หยุดวันศุกร์ เสาร์ และชดเชยวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
Qualifications คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรืออนุปริญญาขึ้นไป(ปวส.)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office เช่น Word, Excel, Power Point
- สามารถเรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
