We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be based in CDMX. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Mexico. We are seeking someone who can thrive in a collaborative, open and fun culture! Main Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate qualified leads for future closings (100% outbound).
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls to set up meetings to present the company and our solution by the Account Executive team.
    • Build a solid pipeline of potential customers to help achieve the objectives of the commercial area.
    • Manage and clean databases through different tools to identify and contact potential customers.
    • Work with the Account Executive team in closing new clients.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately with potential clients.
    • Motivating personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong sales skills to get our potential customers to use our service.
    • Keep you informed about the products offered and discuss the options available.

What you need

    • CRM management
    • 1 to 2 years in contact center, customer service, telephone sales or related.
    • Profile oriented to goals and objectives. 
    • Bachelor's degree or preferably university studies.
    • Knowledge in Windows Office and databases.
