We seek a dynamic Associate, Driver Management, Driver Operations to spearhead our driver activation, management & growth efforts.

What You'll Do:
- Driver Activation: Analyze real-time and historical order data to identify high-demand zones and activate drivers accordingly, ensuring sufficient supply for order fulfillment. Provide onboarding support and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations for smooth driver deployment.
- Driver Income Growth [Driver Productivity]: Monitor daily performance and implement targeted strategies to help drivers increase their completed orders and earnings. Promote high-earning opportunities through in-app educational content and replicate best practices from top performers.
- Driver Retention & Reactivation: Identify churned or inactive drivers, and address engagement gaps by designing reactivation and retention campaigns—including incentives, missions, and in-app content. Coordinate with the HQ team on incentive planning, suggest improvements based on campaign data, and maintain driver communication across app, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls. Regularly report on campaign performance and key retention metrics.
What We Seek:
- Collaborative attitude: Work closely with the Local Onboarding Team, Driver Education & Quality Team, and HQ team to identify target driver cohorts, understand demand, and co-create effective FTA (first-time activation) driver missions.
- Data-driven: Use available dashboards and request ad-hoc data to define driver cohorts, track performance, and plan missions based on driver availability by district and time.
- Communication and persuading skills: Confidently engage with drivers and corporate clients, managing expectations and encouraging long-term engagement despite initial challenges.
- Fostering collaboration: Must be able to coordinate cross-functionally with other subdivisions of Supply, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on KYC, driver incentives, and upcoming campaigns that impact fulfilment and response rate.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in supply chain or marketing)
- Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in driver/community management
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Proficient in handling and analyzing data
