What you’ll do
- Planned overall processes to recruit new drivers to meet Supply needs.
- Build up driver leads Quantity & quality. (Optimize & scale Driver refer Driver, Other offline acquisition channels / events in early-stage cities, Expansion area for recruiting)
- Optimize onboarding flow (e.g. Virtual training content, documents required and help text, etc.) to improve conversion rates.
- Set up over supply for implementation period and maintain smoothly.
- Manage onboarding team members to improve onboarding performance. (Conversion Team, Verification Team)
- Work with Driver Comms to set up & optimize communications throughout the onboarding process.
- Work with Head Quarter optimize & execute onboarding requirements and process (e.g. Deposit, stickers, etc.)
- Create initiatives project for boosting quantity as per peak period.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years experiences in Supply Chain, Transport, Warehouse, Fleet management service
- English with Strong communication skills, verbal and written and confidence to present to an audience at a business level.
- Experience as set up new warehouse, new hub, new city will be a definite advantage
- Ability to translate a business problem to an analytical framework, with clear understanding of design and its limitations.
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
- Strong project management skills along with the natural aptitude to build, deploy and maintain scalable, modularized and version-controlled solutions.
- Understanding and experience of using machine learning tools
